This presentation will provide family law attorneys, judges, and therapists with an overview of the many points of intersection between immigration law and family law. It is designed to provide for these practitioners the basics of family-based immigration and the forms of relief available to non-citizens who are married to (or children of ) a U.S. citizen spouse or permanent resident.
