Navigating Divorce Proceedings and Mental Health – Records, Testimony, and Confidentiality
Chad Gillam is a lawyer who specializes in representing therapists and other health care providers in all aspects of their practices. He will discuss procedures for subpoenaing therapists and their files, as well as how therapists can resist being subpoenaed and how therapists can protect themselves in client testimony and litigation. He will also explain how PREs and CFIs can avoid and deal with investigation grievances. Mr. Gillam will be joined by special counsel Andrew Nickel, who also specializes in representing medical providers.
