Ms. Aitken will provide a Family Law Case Review on both Published and Unpublished Opinions from 2019 and 2020 from her practice as an appellate lawyer. This program will discuss how current and future appellate cases can shape your Family Law practice moving forward. Some of the issues to be discussed are: Maintenance, Parenting Time, Modification of Child Support and Maintenance, Common Law Same Sex Marriage, Common Law Marriage, and Procedure (Rule16.2(e)(10)).
