BIDC – Member’s Profile
Johanna received a JD from the University of Colorado in 2012. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a summa cum laude distinction and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an honors distinction from the University of Colorado in 2009.
Johanna is a long-time advocate of interdisciplinary education and collaboration. As an undergraduate she was the founding president of the CU Literature Club, where she started the “English and . . .” series, which feature an interdisciplinary discussion between English and another field each month. This series has since turned into a prominent event each year. During law school, she co-founded Umbrellagraph, a project featuring prominent Colorado professionals, who engage in interdisciplinary approaches to their work.
Johanna has been a member of BIDC since 2013 and has served on the Board since 2016.
