Biographical Info
After graduating from law school, practiced in large private law firm for a few years before moving to the Department of Justice, Civil Division as a trial attorney. Later moved to the Department of Justice, Criminal Division as a federal prosecutor. Served as Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. Detailed to the United States Attorney's Office District of Colorado before retiring from the practice of law. For the past decade, provided mediation, restorative justice and parent/coordinator decision/maker services and client coaching/support services for mediation/arbitration and litigation. Specialized training in substance abuse, domestic violence and parenting skills.

Experience
Many years of mediation experience and parenting coordinator/decision maker experience. Mediation experience includes divorce, pre and post decree, parental responsibility cases. Restorative justice facilitator for private clients and volunteer for the Boulder District Attorney's Office and the Boulder County Office of Probation. Many hours of training in conflict resolution and communication skills.
