As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kathleen helps children, teens, and young adults who are struggling with behaviors, choices, and relationships. It is her gift and goal to connect with and guide them through a therapeutic process that teaches coping skills, mindfulness, adaptability, and self awareness.
Through play therapy, talk therapy, and EMDR, with specialities in queer and trans youth, adoptions, and trauma, Kathleen offers clients the tools needed to develop embodiment, regulation, and self-acceptance—the most healing thing of all.
Kathleen holds certificates in therapy with adoptive families and Synergetic Play Therapy. Her clinical training included a fellowship at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Kathleen graduated from Wesleyan University and the Smith School for Social Work.
