We are excited to announce our rescheduled PC/DM Workshop facilitated by Bonnie Saltzman and Kate McNamara.
This workshop is a deep dive into the PC/DM process and is intended for current PC/DM practitioners and attorneys working on cases where a PC/DM is appointed or needed. Broadly, we’ll be covering the appointment process, fee issues, parenting issues/decisions, working with other professionals and third parties, and working with the court. This is not a training for professionals looking to start a PC/DM practice.
We’ll be joined for a working lunch by current members of the Domestic Relations bench for the 20th Judicial District. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to hear directly from judicial officers on working with PC/DMs.
The workshop will start at 8:30 a.m. and finish at 1 p.m. and there are 4 CLE credits awarded.
The regular price for the workshop is $110 for members and $140 for non-members. We’re offering early-bird pricing through to April 2, 2023 of just $80 for members and $110 for non-members. This price does not include lunch – you can bring your own or order from our lunch selection closer to the event date.
Following the workshop there will be an optional in-person presentation from Our Family Wizard – one of the popular third party communication platforms in use by many high conflict parents.
