Attendees may receive CEU or CLE credits. For professionals who are not social workers or lawyers, a contact hour certificate is also awarded.

2022 Family Law Appellate Case Law Update

Sharlene Aitken, JD, formed Aitken Law, LLC to offer clients more personable yet professional legal services. Her practice has focused exclusively on prosecuting and defending civil appeals in the Colorado Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and various District Courts of Colorado since early 2006.

With her extensive knowledge, Ms. Aitken will cover the 2022 Cliff Notes for the Unpublished & Published Family Law cases to include: parenting time disputes, child support, preservation of the issue/development of the appellate argument, transcript issues, due process, attorney fees, and pre-embryos.
