In today’s real estate market, it can be difficult to navigate the logistics and timing of when to sell your home or buy a new home. Being an individual going through a divorce, there are even more, additional challenges and questions when it comes to real estate. Many divorce clients have to transition from being home owners to renters, or need to come up with unique solutions in order to stay in their home.
The panel will address these housing challenges facing divorcing client’s in today’s current unique housing market, discuss how all divorce professionals can best counsel their clients through issues related to housing, and discuss when it’s time to get certified divorce real estate experts involved.
