This program will discuss the legal background and history in Colorado domestic relations cases regarding the treatment of pets in the court’s eyes, how agreements between the parties can alter that treatment, the current landscape addressing pets, and how other jurisdictions treat pets. The program will examine the law, help manage expectations of clients in your field of practice, and provide practice tips to professionals.
